Mentor Application

Mentors are experienced professionals with 5+ years in advertising or a related field. Each mentor is placed into a cohort, ensuring participants benefit from a wide range of expertise and perspectives.

​Requirements & Expectations:

• Program runs from September to April

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience

• Ability to dedicate at least 5 hours per month

• Commitment to open communication with your cohort

• Attendance at least 2 program events​

As a mentor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Receive a free Ad Club membership and attend exclusive mentorship events

• Make a lasting impact on the next generation of emerging talent

• Gain recognition for your expertise, company, and contributions

• Expand your professional network by building meaningful connections with other mentors and mentees

• Showcase and strengthen your soft skills: leadership, teaching, empathy, and more
