Treasurer
Details
This role will be responsible for overseeing and performance of the financial processing, tracking, reporting, and collection of all club funds and monitoring and managing the financial performance and health of the club. The Treasurer will work with the President to make bank deposits, reconcile bank statements monthly, manage accounts payable, and manage the club’s financial bank records. The Treasurer will work with the President and club's accountant to complete year-end (fiscal year July–June) tax filing requirements adhering to local, state, and federal deadlines for 501(c)(6) nonprofit organizations.
An ideal candidate for the Treasurer position should have a minimum of 3 years' financial/accounting experience and experience with Square/Stripe and be willing to commit to being on the board for one year.
