RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with a small team to concept, create, and deliver brand identities and websites to emerging and established clients across a broad range of industries (hospitality, corporate, wellness, retail, and nonprofit)
Leading branding, collateral, packaging, and web design projects - including but not limited to: design research, creative direction, client presentations, project management, client communication, and design production support
Managing project teams of 1-2 other designers
Using Brand Strategy to inform concept creation and visioning of a design project
Supporting a collaborative design team with creative brainstorming, critical thinking, problem solving, and the daily tasks associated with keeping a small studio running effectively and efficiently
Approaching work with a positive and encouraging attitude that promotes the growth of others
REQUIREMENTS
Professional Degree in graphic design or similar relevant field
6+ years of design experience
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
Specific experience with:
Creative direction
Branding / Identity Design
Project Management
Collateral design (and/or print production experience)
Presenting to clients and managing client relationships
An understanding of brand strategy and how to use strategy to inform design
An understanding of web design and content organizationExceptional communication skills
A passion for learning and a problem solving attitude with a desire to help othersAn appreciation for structure, organization, and process

SALARY RANGE
$60,000–$70,000
