Project Manager
At Fable we believe that every brand has a story to tell, and every role at Fable helps in their own unique way to ensure that story is uncovered and told. The Project Manager (PM)at Fable will help provide structure and support to help the team provide the best service to our client. This role will support the management of a dedicated team for a single client.
Primary Responsibilities
● Dedicated to a single high volume account to manage a variety of ads and point of sale projects along with any additional creative needs the client might have
● Manage the day to day needs of projects from planning to delivery, such as coordinating internal creative reviews/approvals, and ensuring the proper internal hand-offs/approvals are met
● Project set-up of job numbers and folder structures
● Negotiate and communicate timing of projects across all team members
● Organize and lead routine meetings/discussions with the team to ensure client expectations are met, such as daily stand-up meetings, planning meetings and check-ins
● Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables, feedback and/or approvals are met on time
● Maintain up to date project status updates
● Maintain notes of next steps and timing for the team after every meeting
● Maintain a close partnership with the account manager to ensure that the team can meet the clients expectations
● Support the account management team and accounting supervisor in tracking key billing requirements
● Work closely with print producers and broadcast producers on estimates and purchase orders
● Monitor and ensure the team’s internal workflow/process is efficient and help improve the process with the goal to improve productivity and quality of work.
● Resource allocation planning
● Develop and monitor project timelines and budgets
● Attend client meetings when needed
● Support the Director of Operations in conducting team retrospective meetings
Required Skills
● 3-5 year of agency experience or relevant project management experience
● Strong collaboration skills for a cross functional team
● Excellent communication skills
● Planning and time management skills
● Strong organization skills and attention to details
● Scoping and budget management
● Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban are ideal but not required
