(RICHMOND, ROANOKE) — Roger Neathawk, ceo of Neathawk Dubuque & Packett, announced today that the agency has won three new accounts. They are Carl Zeiss Optical, Inc., the City of Manassas, and the Virginia State Police Help Eliminate Auto Theft (H.E.A.T.) Program and Insurance Fraud Program. Combined billings for the new accounts are more than $2 million.
The Zeiss account was awarded to Neathawk Dubuque & Packett after a formal review that included the incumbent agency, RightMinds of Richmond. Neathawk Dubuque & Packett will work in conjunction with Zeiss to develop an overall branding strategy for the company's lens and equipment divisions, with work including trade advertising, collateral and public relations.
Neathawk Dubuque & Packett also participated in a formal review for the City of Manassas account, which entails providing branding services including strategy development and graphic identity elements for both tourism and economic development. There was no incumbent on the account.
Separately, Neathawk Dubuque & Packett was selected by the Virginia State Police to develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns for its Help Eliminate Auto Theft (H.E.A.T.) Program and the Insurance Fraud Program. The agency was the incumbent on the account, dating back to 1992 with the H.E.A.T. Program, and to 1999 with the Insurance Fraud Program.
"These account wins are prime examples of how well our Richmond and Roanoke offices have worked together since our merger in May," pointed out agency head Roger Neathawk. "We're delighted to be continuing our longtime relationship with the Virginia State Police, while at the same time taking on new challenges, like our work for Carl Zeiss Optical and the City of Manassas that maximize our strengths in healthcare, technology and economic development."
Neathawk Dubuque & Packett has a client roster that includes Performance Food Group, ITT Industries Night Vision, and the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields Foundation and National Historic District. The agency maintains full-service offices in Richmond and Roanoke.
