(RICHMOND) — Susan Dubuque, president of Neathawk Dubuque & Packett, announced today that the advertising firm has won numerous healthcare awards.
In the Aster Awards, a national competition judging excellence in medical marketing, the agency won the following:
- Washington Hospital Center, a gold in direct mail
- Washington Hospital Center, a gold in service line/physician relations
- Georgetown University Hospital, a silver for total ad campaign
- Shore Health System, a silver in newspaper advertising/single
- Washington Hospital Center, a silver in radio/single
The Aster Awards attracted over 2100 entries and were judged by a panel of marketing communications professionals. Aster is Latin for “star.”
In the 2005 Communicator Awards, the agency won the following:
- A Crystal Award of Excellence for the Virginia State Police Insurance Fraud Program in the marketing/promotion/campaign category.
- A Crystal Award of Excellence for Washington Hospital Center in the tv/single category.
- A Crystal Award of Excellence for Washington Hospital Center in the radio/single category.
- An Award of Distinction for Washington Hospital Center in the marketing/promotion/campaign category.
- An Award of Distinction for Georgetown University Hospital in the ad/mall/airport/transit/bench category.
- An Award of Distinction for Carl Zeiss Optical, Inc. in the ad/magazine category.
- An Award of Distinction for the Virginia State Police Help Eliminate Auto Theft (HEAT) Program in the advertising campaign category.
- An Award of Distinction for Performance Food Group in the marketing/promotion/promotion kit category.
- An Award of Distinction for Shore Health System in the ad/magazine category.
- An Honorable Mention for Washington Hospital Center in the radio/single spot category.
- An Honorable Mention for Meals on Wheels in the annual report/non-profit category.
In addition, the agency was awarded a Bronze Telly for its Washington Hospital Center commercial “Lifetimes.”
