According to Betsy Fields, Leesburg’s economic development director, the Virginia-based advertising agency, with offices in Richmond and Roanoke, was recently selected to create everything from brochures to maps. Leesburg, whose new slogan is “discover the charm,” is based about 35 miles outside of Washington, DC. Fields cited the agency’s “enthusiasm, which really made it rise to the top” as the reason for the agency’s selection after a formal review.
