(RICHMOND--) Susan Dubuque, president of Neathawk Dubuque & Packett, announced today that the advertising firm has been named agency of record by The Greater Richmond Association for Retarded Citizens (ARC). Billings were undisclosed.

ND&P will create a brand awareness campaign to educate the community about the services and programs provided by ARC. A television, outdoor and Internet advertising campaign is scheduled to break in May, along with a public relations program, as well.

The agency participated in a formal review earlier this year that included several local advertising firms. There was no incumbent on the account.

“We selected Neathawk Dubuque & Packett because of their unique approach to telling the local community about ARC,” explained Doug Payne, ARC’s Director of Marketing and Public Relations, adding, “and also because of their rich heritage in healthcare advertising.”

ND&P is a full-service advertising agency with offices in Richmond and Roanoke. The Greater Richmond ARC creates life-fulfilling opportunities for individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities, in partnership with their families.
