The Richmond Ad Club is gearing up for its annual golf tournament that will be held at the Birkdale Golf
Club, September 24th at 1:00 PM. The proceeds of the tournament will go toward the Harry Jacob’s
Scholarship and Rebuilding Together.
Deadline for Entry is September 20. Entry fees are non-refundable after Sept. 20.
You can register online, or by mail, using the pdf registration form. If you mail in your form, please email Derek Machado to ensure that your team is added to the roster.
Sponsorships and Donations
Your sponsorship dollars will help increase our donation to assist families in need! All sponsorships include a mention here on www.richmondadclub.com.
 $500: Snack Sponsor
People need a little snack when they are out on the golf course, and we will dedicate a cart with your signage offering free snacks to players if you choose this package. Anything from chips to candy bars to trail mix or even cigars; you’ll be a big hit if you provide the fuel to keep everyone going.
$500: Pre-Tournament Driving Range Sponsorship
Your company can get in front of tournament attendees first by sponsoring our pre-tournament driving range! You can be the exclusive sponsor on the driving range, along with a table, representatives, and giveaways to make sure players remember you.
$1500: Beverage Sponsor
Everyone’s favorite! What’s a golf tournament without some cold beverages? Your company can decorate the drink cart with signage and banners. One foursome is included, and you can even get your own golf cart to ride around with the drink carts!
$350: Hole Sponsor
Sponsors may set up signage at the hole and have a table set up at the hole. In the past, sponsors have set up fun and exciting interactive holes. Cigar holes, margarita holes (everyone needs a margarita before that long tee shot!), paper toss for prizes, etc. have all been great ideas in the past. You can develop your own theme and get the golfers into the act! You’ll also be competing with other hole sponsors to see who can come up with the most creative idea! This year's sponsors are...

Raffle Donations
We can always use raffle prize donations or gift certificates and merchandise. Remember, all donations are tax deductible, and proceeds from the raffle will also go to help Rebuilding Together!
