Once again the Richmond Ad Community’s duffers are getting together to play golf and socialize for a great cause, and we’d like to see you on the Birkdale Course Wednesday, October 6th too!

This year we’re raising money to support Art 180 (www.art180.org), a local non-profit dedicated to providing art outreach to the community. In addition to being a great opportunity to get your company in front of the Richmond Ad Community’s best and brightest; your sponsorship allows us to help Art 180 continue their valuable work.

We have a number of sponsorship options available to fit every budget, including donated raffle items. Get involved, help support Art 180 and join us for what promises to be a great day of golf!

Sponsorships

$3000: FEATURED SPONSOR

This is your chance to see the “AddyShack 4, presented by YOUR COMPANY” in all event promotions and signage! One foursome ($400 value) is included with this sponsorship, and you’ll have a chance to kick off the festivities and introduce our non-profit beneficiary, Art 180. You’ll also get signage at the post-tourney happy hour, and your name and logo will be highlighted at www.richmondadclub.com! Plus your logo will be prominently featured on the event emails that go out to all 600 of our members.

$500: SNACK SPONSOR [SOLD]

People need a little snack when they are out on the golf course, and we will dedicate a cart with your signage offering free snacks to players if you choose this package. Anything from chips to candy bars to trail mix or even cigars; you’ll be a big hit if you provide the fuel to keep everyone going. Your name and logo will also be listed on www.richmondadclub.com!

$500: PRE-TOURNAMENT DRIVING RANGE SPONSORSHIP

Your company can get in front of tournament attendees first by sponsoring our pre-tournament driving range! You can be the exclusive sponsor on the driving range, along with a table, representatives, and giveaways to make sure players remember you. Your name and logo will also be listed on www.richmondadclub.com as well as event emails!

$1500: BEVERAGE SPONSOR

Everyone’s favorite! What’s a golf tournament without some cold beverages? We provide the drinks, and your company can decorate the drink cart with signage and banners. One foursome is included ($400 value), and you can even get your own golf cart to ride around with the drink carts! Your name and logo will also be listed on www.richmondadclub.com, emails and event signage!

$300-$400: HOLE SPONSORS

Sponsors may set up their own signage and table at the hole. In the past, sponsors have set up fun and exciting interactive holes and games. Cigar holes, margarita holes (everyone needs a margarita before that long tee shot!), paper toss for prizes, etc. have all been great ideas in the past. You can develop your own theme and get the golfers into the act!”

RAFFLE DONATIONS

We can always use raffle prize donations or gift certificates and merchandise. Remember, all donations are tax deductible, and money raised will help support the philanthropic causes that the Ad Club supports!

Each year our raffle raises thousands of dollars for our featured non-profit. Its success, and the success of our event overall, depends on your donations for raffle items. Big or small, everything we raffle will help us raise more money for Art 180. To donate a raffle item, contact .

ART 180 creates and provides art-related programs for young people living in challenging circumstances, encouraging personal and community change through self-expression. They are based in Richmond, Virginia. Art 180 does very important work, and we want to help make sure they can keep doing it!
