The Association of Independent Commercial Producers (AICP) works with The Museum of Modern Art(MoMA) in New York to create the AICP Show. Each year, AICP sends out a call for entries and its blue-ribbon judging panel and curatorial committee selects the best commercials in 23 categories that include concept, technique, and overall excellence. The honored commercials are screened each year at the MoMA, and are inducted into the permanent archives of the Department of Film & Media at the museum. The Show then tours throughout the world, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Hawaii, Minneapolis, Miami, San Francisco, Moscow, and Hong Kong. Richmond is honored to have been chosen as one of the cities to host this prestigious tour.
The Richmond Ad Club and the Virginia Production Alliance hope you will be able to attend this unique event along with your friends and colleagues. For more about the show, visit the AICP site.
